⚠️ Before You Start

Step 1: Secure the Bike

Lift the motorcycle so the rear wheel is off the ground and the suspension is unloaded.

Step 2: Remove Mounting Bolts

Loosen and remove the top and bottom shock mounting bolts while supporting the swingarm.

Step 3: Remove Stock Shock

Carefully remove the OEM shock from the bike.

Step 4: Install K-Tech Shock

Install the new shock starting with the lower mount, then align and install the top bolt.

Step 5: Torque to Spec

Torque all fasteners to Honda factory specifications.

Step 6: Test Ride

Perform a short, low-speed test ride to confirm proper installation.

Rebound Adjustment
