CRF300L Rally'21-25 Cyclepedia Service Manual

I was really surprised how little detail about maintenance they put in the owner's manual for my 300 Rally so I thought I should get a service manual. I am not a super experienced mechanic, but I do all of my own work. I didn't know what to expect from this service manual, but I was blown away by how good it is and I am so glad I ordered it. The Cyclepedia really has very good detail with lots of pictures! Even if you're just doing basic maintenance, this is a great thing to have.

CRF300L'21-25 Zeta Sprocket Cover Red

I am very happy with the quality and the looks of the Zeta sprocket cover on my 300 Rally! But I'm really happy about the function. The stock cover really collects a lot of sand and mud and I had to remove it every time I washed the bike. The Zeta sprocket cover doesn't allow stuff to accumulate so much and is definitely easier to clean that area.

Very nice exhaust that gives the 300L a much better note. I also bought the EJK tuner, but don't notice a significant difference in power. It is a bit louder than I expected, but not crazy loud. Probably wouldn't recommend if you live in a quiet area and use it as a commuter.

CRF300L Rally'21-25 - Graves Full SS Exhaust System

The exhaust was louder than I expected, however, (unless your trying to be sneaky), it shouldn't be an issue. It does get loud, if you gear head it! It was easier to install, than the stock was to take off. It does have more power, however, I've also modded the air box, and Installed a (Stage 1 ECU Chip) from 550 Performance. It runs less restrictive. The only install issue was, the Stock Back Exhaust Hanger Bolt, was too short, I had to purchase a longer stainless bolt at the hardware store, to finish the install. Overall, I'm happy with it, I have 1K miles running, it lightly pops, and sounds similar to a glass pack, when I let off the gas.

CRF300L Rally'21-25 - Zeta Revolver Shift Lever

I was able to adjust this so that upshifts with boots is WAY easier. I was having a big problem with shifting into 3rd gear especially with hard acceleration. Make sure you have blue loktite for all bolts.

CRF300L Rally'21-25 - Flatland Racing Skid Plate

This plate matched up fine with my motorcycle, however, I had existing (Worldmotop Highway Crash Bars) that needed to be taken loose first. The installation was tight, with the crash bars not totally going back into place, (hitting plate) however, it doesn't bother me, as it can be corrected with a grinder. I also had to bend the gearshift a tad, as it was blocked from downshifting. I would overall say this is a great skidplate, and can be used with crash bars, however, you may have to modify the plate a bit.

Super legit. I would not recommend getting this exhaust without 550 performance ECU otherwise you will just be exacerbating how lean it is stock already. Such as deceleration popping. In my opinion this is the best exhaust for the crf300l. Fit and finish is immaculate and the sound is killer. Sounds like a four-stroke thumper. Delivery was professional and expeditious. If you're going to get this exhaust I highly recommend 550 performance ECU, airbox mod, pair valve & evap delete.

CRF300L'21-24 - EJK Fuel Injection Controller

Finally got around to installing the EJK on my CRF300L Rally. I watched several YouTube videos. All the videos showed 250 Hondas and while the bikes are very similar there are some differences. None of the videos said anything about removing the tank to access the plug where the EJK connects. As I tried to follow the videos I read a post saying remove the tank. Absolutely unscrew the four tank bolts. No reason to completely remove it, just get it out of the way. Access to the plug is right there, easy and quick. I’m not a mechanic but I found it simple to do, the fairings are a different story as there are three types of Allen head screws and finding the right ones to put it back together is challenging. Now that the EJK is installed (I did not change the programming) there is a much crisper throttle response as the RPM’s climb. Much stronger through the gears. Before I installed the EJK my bike felt restricted around 5,000 RMP’s. Now it’ comfortable at 5,000 and quickly accelerates up to the red line. Much improved. Thanks CRFONLY great improvement to my little 300.

License Plate Bracket

Its a great plate holder. It even works good in the dirt. The only issue I had was the bolts came loose and I lost my plate. I replaced them with actual bolts and put a little blue lock tight on them.

CRF300L Rally'21-25 - Air Box Mod Kit

Seems like a good idea but it doesn’t come with instructions. It comes with six vents so I drilled five holes based on the backside ribbing spaces. I didn’t pull the factory cover to see what was behind it so two of my holes may not be useable. I am placing the two vents in backwards to see if they will clear. More to come.

CRF250L'12-20 - Power Surge 6X

Works just like an EJK (which were super hard to find for 250Ls in 2022). Install is pretty easy, I mounted under seat which is mildly inconvenient when tuning, but now that I have the bike in the ballpark of running right I typically just leave it alone. Must have if you go with airbox mods/filter and full exhaust system.
