When will my order ship?

Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 24-48 hours after being processed Monday through Friday. Occasionally, due to manufacture’s backorders or restock delivery delays, shipping within 24-48 hours is not possible. While these situations are rare they are out of our control. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship within 24-48 business hours of processing your order you will be notified by email.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery in real time. If you checked out as a guest or need help locating your order, our team is happy to assist — just contact us and we’ll get you an update quickly. Tip: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, so if you haven’t received tracking yet, your order is likely still being processed.

What if I ordered the wrong part?
If you placed an order and need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we can usually update or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
 Return Policy:

We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, used or removed from the manufactures packaging. Requests for returns must occur within two weeks from the order. All returns require a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). To receive a RMA # please email us using our Contact Us page and include the following information:

• Order number.

• Reason for return each item

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds for authorized returns will be processed in 3-5 business days once the merchandise is received. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted. Orders that qualified for free shipping must maintain the free shipping qualification or the original shipping costs will be deducted. Some products can not be returned such as build to order products, batteries, electronic/electrical products, undergarments, special order items, engine components, built heads, clearance and discontinued products, etc.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are under the same conditions as returns, so please read the Return Policy section in addition to this section. Exchanges also require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs, both original and return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be new and unopened from the orginal manufacturers packaging. Read the ‘Return Policy’ for information on requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur within two weeks from the order. No C.O.D. exchanges will be accepted. No exchanges without an RMA# will be accepted.

Is this part in stock?

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, typically within 24 business hours. In-stock items generally ship within 24–48 business hours after the order has been processed.

Occasionally, an item may be delayed due to a manufacturer backorder or another availability issue beyond our control. If we are unable to ship an item within 48 business hours, we will notify you by email. This notification does not apply to products already marked **Available for Backorder**, as these items are known to be out of stock when the order is placed.

We keep most products in stock and are committed to shipping every order as quickly as possible. Product availability is displayed on each product page:

Available The product is currently in stock and typically ships within 48 business hours.

Available for Backorder The product is currently out of stock. Your order will be placed in our fulfillment queue and shipped as soon as the item becomes available.
