How it all Started. Our passion for the CRF450R.
The 2002 CRF450R. Honda revolutionize the off-road motocross bike when the CRF450R was released. Aftermarket parts were being produced like crazy, exhausts, wheels, performance parts, engine parts, every billet bolt on part you could imagine would soon be available. The Factory Honda race team had hired Kevin Windham and the greatest off all time Ricky Carmichael to race Pro Supercross and Pro Motocross. Honda seemed to be all in on the CRF450R. The 2003 & 2004 CRF450R saw some minor improvements over the introductory model. The 2005 CRF450R was released with major Engine and Chassis updates improving the CRF and evolving to what some say is the greatest carbureted MX bike of all time the 2008 CRF450R. In 2009 everything changed! Honda released an all new CRF450R with a new chassis, new engine, and electronic fuel injection. The 2013 CRF450R would receive the next major updates with twin exhausts and updated suspension. 2017 CRF450R received another updated chassis, engine, and electric start. From 2017 to 2024 Honda has refined the CRF450R making it the most winning 450 MX motorcycle in 2024.
