The CRF450L/RL requires a slightly slimmer 520 chain to prevent the chain from rubbing against the engine case. The DID ERVT Chain included in this kit is perfectly designed to fit the needs of the 450L/RL requirement! This lighter weight and longer lasting chain has a 15% longer lifespan over its previous model. Utlizing an X-ring over the traditional O-ring style chain helps to keep the chain sealed better for lubrication and limits dirt and mud from getting in between the plates, all while lowering the amount of friction inside the chain (less friction = less heat & more power).
The Renthal Twinwall rear sprocket is the perfect balance of strength and light weight that is sought after for 2 wheel riders everywhere! Using a high strength ultralight 7075 T-6 aluminum inner ring to reduce weight, along with a tough electro-less nickel coated steel outer ring for longevity this sprocket is designed for ultimate durability with minimum amounts of material for weight savings! Self cleaning grooves moves mud/dirt between each tooth to prevent build up and reduce wear. This sprocket is designed to outlast the conventional aluminum sprocket 3 times over!
