Excellent fit. I ride the deserts and hillz of So. Cal and this plate has stood up to the test so far. Great protection for the money. If your looking to shave weight off your ride though, this might not be the plate for you as it is somewhat "heavy". And you might want to do some fabrication to the left side as it is nearly impossible to change your oil filter without taking off the plate. Otherwise, good buy!

Good design and looks real strong, however i could not get my oil filter off with it attached. A little carving with the dremel and it works fine.

I installed by Flatland Racing skid plate the other night in well under an hour, and I'm certainly not very talented in the mechanical department. Overall the instructions were simple and clear and the fit was good.
So far I'm pretty happy with the skid plate for the money. My only concern is that the "wings" on the side don't extend up very far and the water pump seems a bit more exposed than I thought it would be, but I doubt it will be a big deal.
