Absolute must on the crf250l. Stock suspension is set up for a 120lb child. I ordered just the rear spring and used it on the stock shock. 100 percent improvement in off road capability. Bike doesn't feel like it's trying to kill me anymore jumping. Will be more bumpy on the street due to the stiffer suspension. Use race techs website to figure out what spring weight you need for your body weight.
