Product Details
CRF's Only heavy duty clutch kit for the CRF250L provides improved clutch hook up and clutch control. It replaces the stock judder spring set up with five full friction disks and replaces the stock clutch springs with stiffer springs. This is the clutch pack the CRF250L should have come with and now available from CRF's Only! Kit includes five friction plates and five clutch springs.
OPTIONAL: Right Crankcase Cover Gasket is recommended.
NOTE: Now with two choices of clutch springs. EBC HD springs or Barnett HD Clutch Springs. The Barnett springs are a bit stiffer than the EBC springs.

Clutch cable was a bit tight after new lever install. It burned up original because not fully engaged. Ordered the heavy duty kit and shipped and arrived within 5 days. And only took a few hours for them to get it out the door. Everything fit perfectly and heavier springs are still very manageable and the judder spring delete you don't even notice. This was my first time doing a clutch install and zero issues.

I installed this kit on my 2014 CRF250L and it made a big difference. The stock clutch gets hot and fades but this CRFs Only clutch kit will not fade. I got the EBC springs with mine, and I will tell you that it will make your clutch pull 10% harder but they do hook up. 5 Star Rating.
Also you definitely want to add the gasket to the order when purchasing this kit.
