Kouba lowering link (CRF3) will lower the rear 1.75" on the 04-up CRF250R/X - assuming the race sag is still set at approx. 100 mm's/3.9". (Honda's CRF recommendations.)

Just fitted today. Easy to install. Certainly lowers bike as suggested. Looking fwd to hitting a trail. With my seat also cut, I can now have both feet almost flat on the ground with my cr250r '06. I'm 5 feet 5 inches.
