Nice rack, sturdy, well made. However, there are a couple of issues that would be easy enough for the manufacturer to address. The instructions are meager at best - racks are simple enough, but in this case there was a problem. After removing the original bolts and using the longer spacers included (2 short and 2 long) for the front mounting points, you will find it necessary to reuse the original spacer washers or the rack arms will rub against the plastic fairings. That's obvious I guess, but when trying to do the same at the rear attach points, there was no way the rear rack tabs were wide enough, lacking a quarter of an inch to fit the short spacers and stock spacer washers in place.
This was remedied by placing the rack on edge on a padded hard surface (I used a leather glove on timber) and then giving the tabs a couple of good whacks with a deadblow hammer to obtain the clearance between tabs and get the rack mounted.
Since one has to remove the two front bolts to get the seat off, there are the following loose bits of hardware on each side: bolt, washer, long spacer, stock spacer washer. The stock spacer washer and long spacer are a bit fiddly to get in, so I am going to make appropriate one piece spacers on my metal lathe. These really should be included with the rack.
