Awesome product, easy to install by simply checking out the Youtube video's out there on how to install. After going to 13/42 sprockets on my crf250l, my speedo was off by 11mph at 55 and my setting was minus -16.7 after running the 12oclock labs setting calculator.

Ditto Jeremy; he nailed it. Amazing little unit. I changed sprockets resulting in a wild variation in measured speed. I installed one of these units on my 250 in May,2019, and it continues to function flawlessly. Indeed, a must!

Great simple tool for calibrating the speedometer, practically a requirement for gear changes, and useful to correct factory speedos that can be off by several MPH. It clips in-line between the blue factory sensor harness under the seat and behind the wiring harness in front of the battery. needle nose pliers help to plug it in if you can't quite get your fingers in the tight spot, then secure the cable to the harness and place the control board under the seat for easy access. It's a little challenging to program with all the features and only 1 button and a single 3 color LED as an interface, but it works seamlessly in use. The DRD website has a ratio calculator that allows you to input GPS speed or gear/tire changes and comes up with not only the ratio change needed, but instructions on how exactly to program it, this makes programming MUCH easier than going by the included instructions alone.

Kind of a pain to install, but that's just because of where the wires on the CRF250L are. Once installed, you can adjust the settings at any time easily. I use an online gear ratio calculator to find the correct percentages to put into the calibrator. Works great since I switch from: 13t, 14t, and 15t front sprockets and from Dirt to Supermoto wheels.
