As stated by another reviewer, you will need a longer than stock chain to use these. Also to get the most out of this setup you should also get the shark fin they make. The instructions are the only place where this is mentioned.

I didn't get a chance to fully install this, be aware you will need a longer (than stock) chain which as far as I can tell is not stated any where on the product page. In order to take full advantage of this system you will also need the Zip-Ty shark fin (which I can't seem to find) as there is a roll pin that you can insert through the axle block keeping everything lined up. In theory I think it will be great but I will have to wait to get the chain and the shark fin to know for sure.

If you ride gnarly trails and get flats this id the ticket. Coupled with the Zip-Ty shark fin everything stays put. Take it one step further and add the Zip-Ty wheel spacers and you will change your tires like a pro.
