Quick and easy bore-in for big power boost. This high compression kit comes complete with high-performance piston, rings, piston pin, clips, BBR exclusive MX-grind performance cam shaft, HD valve springs and gaskets. Your OEM stock cylinder will need to be bored for installation.

This upgrade is the best upgrade I have gotten for my 230, or should i say 240. There is more power throughout the entire power band. The front end now lifts under throttle in first and second. The bike still starts and runs like it used to using 93 octane. The parts where of high quality and the fit was perfect. If you are going to keep your 230 for while, put this on the short list of upgrades. The BBR D2 exhaust sounds and looks great with this upgrade.
Thanks CRF's only and BBR for a quality product that does what it claims.

I was so impressed by the stock 230 which I had bought my daughter, that I decided to get myself one. I found a basket case which had seized and got the big bore kit, rev box and D2 exhaust for my project. I have just finished running it in and WOW, what a lively little machine. I would certainly recommend this when giving your 230 another life.

i highly recomend this product it gave my 230 a decent improvement in power at all rpms
