I am a smaller guy so like the crf230f but needed more power to keep up with my pals. This kit is the hot tip for sure, with the upgraded rev box and exhaust and cam my bike easily keeps up to the 250 guys on the trails now. Can't quite carry the forks over bumps but its not a 450........... Kit has been in the bike for 3000km now - including 1000km in Death Valley and totally reliable - no issues. The torque gain makes first gear redundant - also order the 14T front sprocket to save yourself some time.
