The Flatland Racing skid plate is made of rugged 3/16" aluminum. They feature tig welded engine guards. Installation is an easy bolt on procedure with all mounting hardware included! It also offers a built in clean out slot and oil plug hole, making them the best in the business!

I chose this skid plate for my 2009 Honda CRF230F. I was immediately impressed with the build quality, and the fit and finish. Installation took about 5 minutes! Just unbolt the stock plate, and mount this plate with the supplied 3 bolts. The top bolt has a 1mm larger head, and the bottom 2 mounting bolts are designed to be flush mounted so as not to hang up on obstacles. This item is also very light weight and will not add any significant weight to your bike. Mine mounted up perfectly.

I was really impressed with the build on this bash plate. It covers the sides of the lower engine well, and also makes a great attachment point for a brake snake. Bolted right on with out any issues, however my bike is brand new. Welds look great, as does the quaility of the alloy. Bit pricy, but a steal compaired to the hole I punched in the lower case of my old Yamaha.

Installed on a 2003 CRF230. Other than having to straighten my skid plate tabs the unit bolted right up. I liked the quality and the extra coverage. Simple 3 bolt install. Well worth the price.
