Description
Flatland Racing's best selling product to protect your bike, This skid plates is made from 5052 3/16" aluminum plate. They are all hand tig welded together with side engine guards. Installation is easy with the Aluminum clamps that grip tight so it does not rattle or fall off! This skid plates offer clean out slots and oil plug hole, making oil changes simple. These are more durable than carbon fiber and plastic and just as light. Mounting hardware included.

This plate matched up fine with my motorcycle, however, I had existing (Worldmotop Highway Crash Bars) that needed to be taken loose first. The installation was tight, with the crash bars not totally going back into place, (hitting plate) however, it doesn't bother me, as it can be corrected with a grinder.
I also had to bend the gearshift a tad, as it was blocked from downshifting. I would overall say this is a great skidplate, and can be used with crash bars, however, you may have to modify the plate a bit.
