Performance CNC Kibblewhite Valve Job & Head Recondition Service

This Kibblewhite Valve Job and Head Reconditioning service will provide you with extreme valve stability and durability.
CRF's Only Performance Valve Job includes the following services:
- Disassemble and inspect head.
- Complete head reconditioning which includes not just cleaning the head but also meticulous soda blasting to remove power-robbing carbon deposits in intake and exhaust ports.
- Solution clean head and inspect valve seats and guides and replace as necessary (NOTE: valve seat and guide parts and replacement labor additional cost).
- Professional valve seat cutting using state of the art NEWEN CNC valve seat cutting machine. This step is absolutely required for quality results and the durability of your valves and yet is often overlooked by inferior service shops.
- For added performance we perform a proprietary CNC port to valve seat profiling and blending for increased performance. Ask our competitors if this is included in their service.
- Professional assembly of new valve components.
- Optional bench shimming is also available at additional cost (see notes below about this service before selecting it)

CRF's Only did an excellent job performing a Kibblewhite Valve Job on my 05' CRF250X head. I put the engine back together, adjusted the valves to factory specifications and the bike literally started within a millisecond of pushing the electric start button. The bike was long overdue for top end work as it's 15 years old. In addition to the valve job, I installed a new piston, rings, and wrist pin along with rebuilding the carb. I actually feel that the top end is now better than when it rolled off the showroom floor 15 years ago! My guess is that the machining technology has surpassed what was available 15 years ago. The bike also sounds slightly different which I attribute to the engine now being very tight and responsive. Kudos to Ken at CRF's Only for doing a great job! Thanks Ken!

I love the performance of this product! and the price was pretty good. The local shop wanted over $1,000 to replace just the valves! I bought a brand new head with kibble white valves installed from ken and did the install myself! saved myself nearly $400 and got some good experience! I have an 09 crf250r and when i first needed this Ken didnt have this available yet for the 09 but quickly got it when i contacted him about it. great customer service! Thanks Ken! love the site!

As the neighborhood mechanic for the kids bikes, I was getting a little more than frustrated with the constant valve adjustments on the Honda 250 head. When I called to talk to Ken about this, he took the time to explain the issues with the factory seats and how this valve job would take care of them.
We went ahead and had this head valve job done on two 09 CRF250s. It has been 3 months now since I reinstalled the heads and I haven't had to adjust the valves even once. The bikes are running great and starting without a hitch. This is one of the best investments we've made in the bikes and I would strongly recommend it to anyone having constant valve adjustment issues.
As a side note, Ken and his guys are the best when it comes to this type of work and the customer service is outstanding. If you decide to have this service done, you will not be disappointed.

I fought and fought and fought with my CRF250X head and my local mechanic. Ken at CRF's Only had all of the answers I was looking for. He was always available to answer my amateur questions and I was able to complete the re-install by myself. My bike has never run better! Thanks Ken!

Great service from CRF's Only. They did very high quality work, on time, and communicated very well during the process to help guide me on what I needed for my head rebuild.
The bike (CRF150R) rips, and, combined with the Stage 2 cam I also purchased, has great power that my son loves.
