Unlike many budget porting services the CRF's Only performance porting service is a result of extensive R&D efforts using state of the art Port Flow Analysis to achieve the best possible performance. Besides standard porting techniques we also employ state of the art NEWEN CNC technology for repeatable port to valve seat blending. Port flow analysis ensures the best balance between port velocities, volumes and total CFM. State of the art technology coupled with extensive R&D and race proven results ensures the best possible performance porting service at any price.
This service includes head reconditioning and custom porting service.
Head Reconditioning
- Disassemble and inspect head
- Clean and meticulous soda blast head
- Solution clean head and further inspect head, valve guides and valve guide parts
- Perform a meticulous performance proven porting for the exhaust and intake ports
- Perform a proprietary CNC port to valve seat profiling and blending
Optional Valve Job
- Valve seats receive professional multi-angle cuts. This step is absolutely required for quality results and the durability of your valves and yet is often overlooked by inferior service shops
