CRF150R'07-26 - Pro Moto Billet Spark Arrestor Exhaust End Cap
Description
The Pro Moto Billet spark arrestor endcap utilizes the stock exhaust pipe. To install the endcap all that you have to do is drill the rivets out of the stock endcap, pull it out, slip in the new Pro Moto Billet endcap and mate the perforated screen, drill rivet holes in the new endcap, and rivet it in place. This spark arrestor endcap uses a removable, U.S.F.S. approved, screen type spark arrestor. The whole endcap assembly has been U.S.F.S. approved, and is engraved accordingly. All hardware is provided, but you will need a drill and a rivet gun. We also offer 96DB silent inserts for all of our endcaps.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and provide installation feedback. There are a few tricks that can help make the installation less challenging. A heat gun really helps speed up the process of removing the stock end cap. The adhesive Honda uses is strong and heating it up breaks it down making removal of the stock end cap simple and quick.

Build quality is good, but the install process is an extreme pain in the rear end!!!
Be prepared to be frustrated.....but once you get it on, I guess its nice.....but wow the installation is a pain.
