I spoke with Matt and Justin on the phone and their knowledge and willingness to help me find solutions to issues I was facing that ostensibly had nothing to do with my order was incredible. If either of you read this—thank you so much for your help. You guys saved my ass.
Our order was in pending and we didn't get an email as to way. Called and spoke with Justin who was absolutely great. He figured out what was was wrong, got it fixed and our order is now shipping!! He didn't make us feel like we were a pest or seem irritated like some "customer service". Will keep doing business with them!
The inventory on parts and prices are soiled. Definitely have just about everything you would want for your dirty . Great customer service Matt at crfonly is killing it he really gives good advice…

Ordering is easy and you do what you say your going to do 100% of the time. The quality of parts you sell are top notch. I have a crf250 now but if I ever go bigger, I will most likely stick with a crf and that has a lot to do with you. Thanks

I’ve been thinking about how to write up a great big review about how wonderful Ken and his business is. But, sometimes simpler is better. So simple this review will be. Ken is a super guy to deal with and the business is top notch. Between my wife and the I we’ve had 5 different CRF’s and have ordered things for each one of them from CRF’s Only. If Ken doesn’t have it then you really don’t need it. If you’re reading reviews on this site then you’re considering ordering. Stop considering and do it.....You will not be disappointed with the product, service and ease of dealing with this business. For as long as I own a CRF you will be getting my business. Have ordered from CRF's Only .com a few times, and everything was shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. The last order I placed was urgent as the bike was down and we had a riding trip planned the following weekend. When CRF's Only didn't receive their stock of parts as expected, because one of their distributors had a system outage that backed up order shipments for days, they emailed and called me to advise what was going on and provide options. They were able to quickly change the order to another compatible part they had on hand, and shipped it out same day. The part arrived timely and made our riding trip a go. Excellent customer service and communication.
