    Take a look at this:

It is for the 450X but the oils are the same.

You really need an owners manual bud.
Get a Clymers manual, they're great and pretty reasonable.
The Silkolene will work fine in the motor side, that's the left side, with the filler by your left ankle.
Use Honda HP transmission fluid in the right side,80/85 weight, red bottle, says for two strokes on it but ignore that.
The drain for the motor oil is under the engine, in the middle. For the transmission it's by the shifter shaft.
Surely you have found the oil filter.
Seat all oil filter and both drains until seated, then add another 8th of a turn, unless you have a VERY good inch pound torque wrench.
I think the engine oil is 690cc and the transmission about 800cc.

I meant turn them in by hand until they no longer will turn, then with your wrench add another 8th of a turn.
The oil filter cover bolts and the transmission drain especially and to a lesser degree the crankcase bolt are very easily cross threaded if advanced with a wrench, do it by hand. If you can't do it by hand, get a new bolt and sealing washer if it had one to begin with. Their torque values are very low, and if you don't have a high dollar ,really good torque wrench and try to torque them you'll strip them trying to torque them down. Seated plus an 8th of a turn is very close.
The 15-40 -15-50 doesn't mean a thing that really matters. Silkolene is a good quality motorcycle oil.
Read your manual when you get it and it will tell you what to look for on the bottle, Silkolene qualifies, they've been in business a long time and have a good reputation.
Keeping your oil,oil filter and air filter all clean and fresh matters a lot more than hair splitting and subjective opinions over oil brands.
For instance myself and some others like Maxima products because their best stuff ,Maxum 4, is an ester synthetic which is the highest grade synthetic you can buy. Their transmission oil is called MTL.
Would I buy a used bike from one of our many meticulous owners on this site that had used nothing but say Rotella or Honda oils ? You bet I would. Doug
