    Chain guide tabs snap off again

    Second time the chain guide has fallen off...

    THe 1st time it was welded back. There are big rocks in New England.

    Any guides that clamp swing arm? Moose?

    That looks just like mine did. Bulletproof Designs makes a billet piece for re-enforcing the KTM tabs. I bought a KTM guide(08) and had the BPD piece welded on. Just put the bike back together but have not ridden it yet as the snow is flying.

    weld the tabs back on and get a T.M. designworks guide. They flex on impact.

    OH, im not offended or anythign like that.. seriously..? My skin (ok.. skull) is MUCH thicker than that..

    2 days ago couple friends and myself were walking on teh street in burbank and i noticed some extremeley crappy welds on a metallic gateway entrance deal for this multi million dollar entertainment shopping center.. Ofcourse, I mention it to my friends and I am still taking . for it..lol.. I do it to myself, I allready know..

    So here is the Bulletproof Designs bracket and the KTM guide. I had the welder add the inside tab and he could have moved the whole thing back towards the sprocket but should be fine.
