    Complete Newb-Installing hand guards-Issues.

2018 model, understand that I am completely new to bikes. (not averse to using tools, but I am not quite comfortable yet with what I can and cannot/should not move/adjust/unscrew...)

I want to install Bark Buster hand guards. I have already cut off and opened up the ends of the bars. No issues there.

Where the logical placement of the clamp end on the inside of the bar is, I have a line in the way. (I believe thats the master cylinder? It is direct line of where the attachment point would be. I have viewed dozens and more vids on this install. One thing I do notice, is that the placement of this line is not in the same place on all bikes. In fact, mine is the only one Ive see with this particular placement.

Whats my solution? What do/can I move/shift/rotate to get it out of the way?
Id attach a photo, but mine are all too big...

Hi Cuffs and welcome to the site.
What model is your bike? The L or the rally?

You should be able to resize the photos to give us an idea of the problem you are facing with the guards.
