Hi Folks
I am torn between buying a used 250 (low miles but 4 year old) or a new 2018 model.
I am in UK and used low mileage bikes are possible to pick up for sub 3K but a new one is only just over 4K with dealership offers.
Considering there is a 2 year warranty, ABS (now standard on UK 250L), Rev counter, small power increase, new colour or color for you folks across the pond. Does it make sense to go new. My budget was originally 3K as this is my first bike after a 13 year break.

Would like to hear opinions on whether the 2017 improvements made any real difference.
ALso i heard earlier bikes had some oil or coolant leak from breather which has been rectified 2017 onwards.

You really can't go wrong with either choice in my opinion. If it were me and my budget was 3K that's the route I would go if the bike is low miles, well maintained and without issues. New always feels better and does reduce risk but a budget is a budget and if that's set in stone a low hour well maintained 250L is solid regardless of the colour.
