Has anybody ever scraped the rear fender on a 250l? I cant find a video or blog about it anywhere.

Zach...replacing the rear tail light is one of the most common upgrades on a CRF250L. So, if this is what you are asking I can certainly help. If you are asking about actually removing the entire rear fender, then explain in more detail what your end goal is.

No i mean like doing a wheelie and going back to the point where your rear fender scrapes the pavement. I have an aftermarket light already
