and if yes wonder if it's not too heavy and won't be any significant power loss. I have 13t and 42t sproctes fitted. (front/rear)

It definitely will be heavy and frankly, I can't see the need for that wide of a dirt tire given the power output of the CRF250L. In any event, I haven't personally fit this dirt tire size but we recommend a 140/70-17 street tire for supermoto. The width of the swingarm and the potential chain slap are the two limiting factors.
