CRF250X Gas Tank Preference

Hey everyone,
Is it just me or does IMS' 2.6g desert tank only add 0.1g more than OEM (rick ramsey says 2.5g).
Curious what brands and sizes you guys are going with and how you like them?

Not sure what year bike you have. Mine is a 2009 and I believe the tank is 1.9 gallons. So, stepping up to 2.6 would be a 0.7 gallon increase. Hope this helps.

Well now I am sure curious. Other online sources say 1.9g as well, maybe I shouldn't have taken RR's advice after all

Acerbis' CRF250R 04-09 2.9g tank looks pretty clean, anyone have any input if this could fit?

Just FYI, I think the older X's had a larger tank. Not sure what year they made the switch to the 1.9 gallon, it may be 2008?? I think the older ones were 2.5 or 2.6 gallons.
