Stock 06 thats just been reshimmed. Ive purchased a stage 2 hot cam for a good price but the truble is installing the damn cam. I know i have to take off the stock decompresser and bearing, but how? Its so tight that i dont want to snap the bolt. And what about shimming? Its said the stock springs and ect. could be left stock. Any suggestions?

Its said that theirs multiple videos and and many tutorials for this yet i cant find one for the crf250

everything from the stock cam should swap over , the valves will have to be re-shimmed because the cam is different , so the tolerance will be different

I can't remember on the 250 , but i believe the bearing has to be pressed off/on , you can PM Ken and he could tell you for sure
