I have a 07 crf250x and I have a larde dent in my swingarm. Does anyone know if a crf250r swingarm is interchangeable?

Yes they will interchange (at least for the same year that i found)

If you check the parts fiche you will find the part numbers match

***To see if parts are a exact match (at least part number wise) go to the link above , then pick the bike in question , then pick a item (like the swingarm) , then "Add to Cart" , then go to the other part from whatever bike your interested in checking for interchangeability and "Add to Cart" , if the part numbers match that will let you know what interchanges and what does not , though part numbers can change from model to model and from year to year and it still be the same part

Usually thru the years they will change some part or part of the part so it might be slightly different , all of them will bolt up (all CRF250X/R swingarms) , but they might have different linkage or something that might have to be swapped as a unit , also sometimes the shock length changes so if you can match parts by physically measuring , this will tell you for sure , so if you have access to the part in question and you can measure key points , you can tell if it will fit or not
