If the sound is all that you want to tune, try altering or removing your baffle. If that satisfies your need then you save a lot of money. Try not to get too loud. If you take out your baffles, keep them handy for sound sensitive areas. The db's go up to about 96 and it gets "throatier". You may have to adjust your jetting as well (same if you go after-market).

Instigator....I think I see Yamaha blue at the end of your 3rd picture!!!!! BUSTED!
Is that a pw50?
Nice graphics on your bike!
Now on to topic.....I have two friends who swear by the White Brothers exhaust with the stock headers. And I have heard nothing but great things about the FMF Factory 4.1C
Thought I would add some more confusion into your choices!

If you want louder go with the pro circuit. I do not know what the DB levels are

Personally I would like to choke people with really loud exhaust systems. Hopefully you are just going for a little louder. Loud does not always = power. Frequently people get less usable power with the loud rear pipes. The stock pipe is ridiculously quiet! Check this link
http://www.rickramsey.net/CRF250Xmymods.htm#diffuser it might make your stock pipe loud enough but still WAY below offensive. You never stated what you wanted to achieve with a louder pipe.
Right!!!
