    Check either

    http://servicehonda.com/

    or

    http://www.ebay.com/ (I think X and R are interchangeable, but not 100% sure.)

And it looks like they are out of stock at MotorSport (price: $333.67)

The '06 R and X have different part numbers and prices. Not sure which year you have. And the pictures "look" identical.

    250R - 52200-KRN-840 $589 list

    250X - 52200-KSC-A00 $581 list

    fyi

Oh.. and after that lead in... you have to explain what happened.

Let me guess. it fell off your truck.. or you backed over it?

Yeah, we do need details! I would like to know how you smashed your swingarm. I still remember how I totally bent my sub frame on my last bike riding in the dez behind my house, but I can't imagine how you could bend the swingarm without the truck helping.

    Swingarm

    by THUMPER » Wed Dec 27, 2006 12:13 pm

Well I went to Redington Pass which happens to be a popular offroading spot in Tucson. Well I went to just screw around. Well I have only been riding for a few months so I am not an amazing rider but I am descent. Well when I get up there I some how stumble across my Dads old riding buddy. This guy is almost sixty and is pretty heavy so at first look you think how good could this guy be. I figured he is old out of shape probably doubt he is extremely good.....I was wrong! He took me back into Chiva Falls and whooped my butt....I felt slow riding next to him I am huffing and puffing and he is just acting like its no big deal. Well we leave Chiva Falls and Chiva falls is covered in huge boulders I see him shoot up this boulder so I try shooting up it and I don't make it and my bike flys out from under me. It lands on a jagged boulder thingy and at the time I was hurt so I did not notice this but it scrapped the swing arm pretty bad it actually pushed metal and kinda warped it. And the reason it is embarassing is because it is the old time story of the young guy going out thinking he is gonna kick butt and school the older guy...But in the end the younger guy realizes maybe he aint so hot after all.

My bike is an 06' crf250x. So can I swap an x swingarm for an r?

All the part numbers seem to be different. Except for the 04x-05x's.

    04x-part# 52200-KSR-J00

    05x-part# 52200-KSR-J00

    06x-part# 52200-KSC-A00

    For the 250r's

    04r-part# 52200-KSK-000

    05r-part# 52200-KRN-710

    06r-part# 52200-KRN-840

As Kevin said, they look identical even though they have different part numbers.

So to answer your question, get the right year and model if you do not want to risk it not fitting.
