I have a CR250 I ride on my property and I really didn't want a bike to ride on trails and street so I picked up a 05 crf250x and I want to convert to supermoto what all do I need to do. I've seen kits for like $1500/$2000 ??

Thanks for any help the dragon is calling my name again :)

It all depends on what "supermoto" means to you. From just joy riding on the street to hardcore supermoto racing. Cost will range accordingly the closer you get to a race ready supermoto set up. The biggest single expense will be the wheels if you are looking for supermoto wheels. Next expensive will be the brake system. Some who just want to ride on the street use the stock rims and mount street tires on them and a simple over-sized front disk. So, tell us more about what you are looking for.
