    Torque setting - front sprocket CRF150RB 2014

    by Deanzo » Sun Jan 24, 2016 10:58 am

    Hi guys,

Picked one of these up last night for the wife,

All in all in really good nick!

The front sprocket seems a little loose, has a little bit of play.

I ordered a manual off Ken (CRFsOnly) last night, but thats a week or two away with shipping.

Anyone tell be the torque settings ?

    Thanks :)

13 N-m (10 lbf-ft) for the two front sprocket bolts. Keep in mind the front sprocket is a floating set up.

Manual and the other bits and bobs I ordered turned up this morning, thanks Ken :)

Took the wife out for her first ride on it yesterday, what a cool little bike, she's super happy with it.

I would like to see more photos of the trailer.
Have to rebuild my old one so I am looking for ideas.

    Hi Ray,

These are just some pictures off my phone, if you want spec's or close ups of some part, just let me know.

At one point I made a 2 part insert to sit on top of the deck of may garden trailer with 4 bolts, Bin on the front and added tie down points.

    But I hated it, lol

So I went this way :)
Sorry don't have a picture with the ramps down at the back, but I'm sure you can see how it would work.
Also, half way down the deck, it starts a 10 degree drop to the back so water runs off and wont sit.
The wheel chocks unbolt and lift out so you can load a quad on (why there are two fixed ramps, both sides)
