What kind are the OEM valves? Steel, Titanium, Stainless? I am going to check the valves & seats for wear. If needing to replace, which kind of valve is better to install?

OEM valves are Titanium, i'd go for steel valves but if your always hitting the rev limiter and stuff go for oem

actually on the CRF150R all four valves are steel. for most weekend warriors we recommend the Kibblewhite stainless steel valves and our performance CNC seat work:
