This bike ran great before a pretty hard crash at world mini gp. Anyhow all the carb mods are done jetting is spot on. Since he came back from the injury in April, the bike started popping on decel, into corners etc and also a bog on landing jumps and has been getting worse. It seems to happen at lower rpms, when wide open runs great. I switched out the wire harness, coil/plug cap and cdi and will test this morning. Also thinking maybe the stator? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

could be the stator but sounds like fuel delivery. i would recommend looking for carb boot leaks, broken or locked open hot start nut/cable, float height issues and/or float/valve set issues, etc.
