throttle Drum/ Holder

Is the throttle drum or holder "i.e the housing that bolts to the handler bar and holds the throttle tube" on a crf150r interchangeable with the throttle drums from the 250 and 450's?

no...they are different as are the throttle tubes. if you need a new one we have them on our OEM parts website at www.yeltrik.com.
