What are the stock front and rear sprockets for the small and big wheel?

These are 2012/2013 tooth count for each and I believe it's the same on the earlier years.

CRF150R Sm Wheel
15T front sprocket
50T rear sprocket

CRF150RB Big wheel
15T front sprocket
56T rear sprocket

I was told if I change my sprockets to different sizes I could get more low end power. I have the 150rb and was wondering if i changed them how many teeth I should do on both sprockets.
