    Son races a 07 150r. Ran great for a long time. Started to have a missfire off idle through about 1/4 throttle. Only happen when bike is loaded usually accelerating out of a corner where have been off the throttle. Seems to sputter then take off fine. If get off then right back on the gas all seems fine. Ohmed out the TPS (black and blue wires) and was in spec 4.94 kohms. Multiplied that amount by 0.13 and 0.15 to get spec for black and yellow wires. Origionally at .878 ohms (out of spec). Adjusted TPS until fell into spec. Bike still sputters. Is it possible that the TPS is still bad? New top end, valves in spec, carb done by tokyo mods. Ran great nothing else changed. Started running bad all of the sudden. Any advise appreciated. [email protected]

    Replace the pilot jet and clean the passageway above it.

    Pilot jet is a 48. Carb is spotless. Throttle screw is 2 1/4 turns out. AP is workig great. New plug. Runs great accept for the 1-2 seconds of sputtering during changeover from idle to 1/4throttle. Frustrating problem. I am currently running Cam2 am going to get some pump gas to see if maybe got some bad gas. Threw out old bought some new but from same supplier. Would suspect bad gas would effect entire rev range. Thanks for the suggestion.

    I would look into the AP area. Make sure the squirt is missing the slide and the leak jet and the air passage jets are clean.

    Already checked everything in the carb and all seemed good. Removed every jet, slide, needle, etc. cleaned every jetand all passageways. Thanks for the response.
