Recently installed Z Start Pro from Rekluse, everything seemed to of went well... Kicked the bike off, and the clutch was doing its job.

Today I took it for a test, and seemed fine at first. But not long after, I noticed that the Kickstart was jamming, which it has never done before. Also started hearing rattling (like balls knocking together), when at very low speed, but sounded fine when giving it throttle.

Brought the bike back and had a look at the clutch and all ball bearings are still in place, and looks how I left it after install.

Have I done something wrong during install thats causing this?

What would cause the Kickstart to Jam up?

It's always a clue when something wasn't a problem before a procedure was performed that something was missed.
Look at a picture of the kickstarter set-up, pull the cover,call Rekluse, etc. Doug

Sounds like you didn't get the return spring for the kickstart gear positioned correctly.

I rang Rekluse this afternoon, and Rob confirmed what you said... the Kickstart spring is not set in properly.
