I have cr85rb wheels and posted this awhile ago and got no response. I know that the hubs are different they use a bigger axle. I thought that alot of the parts from the 85 would change over to the 150 but they are completly different bikes.

We are considering buying a second play bike. CR85's are getting pretty cheap and I would like to have a practice bike. We have a chance to buy a big wheel. I have seriously considered not to race MX so I can convert the 150R to a big wheel for hare scrambles. I could swap the rims and buy just a swingarm and brake line. I haven't ever swapped rims. Is it hard to respoke one. I would probably take it in to be trued up. Anything I haven't considered that I should?

I'm pretty sure the 85 and 150 use different axle sizes (150's are bigger). You also need a longer swing arm, bigger rear sprocket, and longer chain if your switching to big wheel.

Nevermind, we found a big wheel. We are just going to sell the small wheel. Several people have recommended this to me and I was trying to avoid it.
