    the truth about the ap mod

    does the ap mod really work? I have heard that it dosnt, and it just looks cool...
    Is it worth the $80 for the boysen quickshot-2 or 40 for the quickshot

    my suggestion, start with the JD Jetting kit...it includes the ap mod and the needles and jetting that will dial in your jetting for virtually any situation.

    I didnt know that the jd jet kit included the ap mod...

    i am 13 and i have spent all day making 50 and i am still workig but that is what i am saving up for but does it eliminate the bog ? and what about the pilot/slow jet

    Do you see the o-rings that came with the kit? Read the instructions that will cure your bog. It's called the AP mod.

    1) It doesn't look cool...in fact, if done correctly, you cannot see it.

    2) Where did you buy it? The JD kits sold here contain the AP mod.

    Oh...I see...they don't come with a quickshot. That would be more like an AP Cover than an AP mod.

    ya... ap stands for accelerator pump i just didnt want to spell out the whole thing. i didnt need to say mod so... ap :lol: :lol: :)

    yup the next thing i buy i am buying from crfsonly unless they dont have the parts i am looking for there are a number of pipes that arnt sold here :( :( :( :( :(

    what pipes do you want that aren't here? i'll get them added...in fact, some of what we have in stock isn't in the catalog...shouldn't be that way but we're a lean operation...so just email me if you're looking for something that you can't find.
