What elevations do you normaly ride at? Whats in it now? Maybe just a fuel screw adjustment and main jet drop by 1 or 2. More than likely, it is fine the way it sits. I would just take a couple main jets up there and switch out if needed.

We ride @ sea level to about 3000 ft. We are running a 134 Main and a 45 pilot and it runs great.

Usually when going to a higher elevation a bike only needs the main jet dropped 1 or 2, and the idle adjusted. Maybe a fuel screw adjustment. Personally i would get the next 2 size main jets down and take em up there with me. Or just get the one that is 2 sizes smaller and take it up there. It might be fine how it sits. Main jets are like $5 each
