150R jetting issue?

    yeap....that's the source...if you let it sit for any length of time you should pull the float bowl nut to drain the fuel...this will help prevent this from happening.

    Should you run all the fuel out of the carb every time you are going to store the bike for a while?

    if it's going to sit long enough for the fuel to evaporate from the bowl yes. if not, than you are likely ok. i once drained the fuel from the bowl of an xr400 and it set for a year and when i tried to start it nothing. i ended up taking the bowl off to find the bowl full of spider web material. the pilot jet was also clogged with spider web material. so even with the fuel drained stuff can still clog the jets.
