Just bought a crf250x and I am looking to do some trail riding. I have raced motorcross for about 9 years. I quit racing in 2004 and sold all my bikes. Now that I just bought a bike I am lokking to get into enduro racing or hairscrambles, and just some good trail riding. I live in Lena, WI. any one know where some good trails are. Thanks.

have you looked at both Wisconsin and Michigan's DNR sites? The good single track in Wisconsin is quite a haul from where you are. Michigan is rumored to have great single track and may be closer for you. Just a thought :)

Your in a perfect place to get into the hare scrambles most tracks wouldn't be a very far drive for you the first one this year is supposed to be at denmark,if its not cancelled because of the weather. As far a trails can't help ya I live on the far side of the state and there isn't much here except private land.We do go to clark and jackson counties some but now jackson just outlawed anything not street legal except for there motorcycle only trails.

I'm living in Sheboygan right now. But I go to school at Michigan Tech. There are a ton of trails up in the Houghton area to ride. I haven't had much luck down here finding anything to ride. I'm getting my bike over here finally this weekend so I am going to be getting very anxious to ride.

Let me know if you find any trails or any where to ride, I would be interested in putting some hours on.

Bummer's Roost, Black Lake Trail and Evart Motorcycle Trail are all fairly close to Cheboygan...

I belive they are all within 30 miles of your town...

For you Wisconson Folk; I'd suggest taking a look at this site, you should be able to find a trail near you, but most likely would be easier to stick to the U.P. ones...

Ah see...if I were in Cheboygan, MI I would not have much of an issue. The fact is that I'm in Sheboygan, WI.
