Cool. It opens at 8:00. But, I think they start letting people in around 7:00 or 7:30. I know that my family and I will be getting there first thing in the morning and I am pretty sure that is the plan with the others that we are meeting. There is a 50/80 track in the very front, it's the first track you see when you are driving in, that is where we will park and set up. Do you still have my cell? Feel free to give me a call, otherwise we will see you there!

Haha, that's kinda funny. One of my buddies that is coming tows his bike with a little car. Anyway, I have a silver Silverado and there should also be a little yellow Chevy car with a trailer. You should see us when you pull in, if not just give me a buzz. What track did you break your hand at?

What a day. Absolutely the best day at the track. The weather was perfect for Lake Elsinore.

Hey Shawn, my wife took some video footage, nothing fancy. But, I am going to edit for dvd. PM me your mailing address and I will send you a copy or hand deliver one when we ride again. PS, it looks like we might be putting together a weekend trip to Ocotillo to kick off the season. How does October 12-14 look to you?

Glad you had a good day at the track. Amigo/Amago was very scenic and in the shade but the corners were extremely sandy. (all that desert riding came in handy)
Thunder, lightning and rain made for some excitement.

We are looking at the weekend of Sept. 8,9 to ride Elsinore, are you available? Installing new valves in Ryan's bike AGAIN, should be up and running by then.

As long as the weather is agreeable, I don't see a problem. I don't want to ride the track if it's going to be 100 that day. We went about 2 weeks ago and it was 100 by 0930. It was really hard to take breaks and recover. By the time we left it was around 104. But, last weekend was great, so we will have to play it by ear. Good luck with Ryan's bike, who is doing the work?

Sharon, the forecast says 88 degrees with a 20% chance of rain, so it looks like it could be a great day for track riding. Are you guys planning on camping on Saturday night at the track?

Hey Shawn, are you down too?

?

Nicoll racing did the valves(DH was too busy at work) said they were trying some new valves and guaranteed them for 1 year. The valves were Pro-X high performance titanium and yes he has replaced alot of them. He is replacing them with Faction stainless steel. I don't know much about them but can't be worse than the stock ones. Any input would be appreciated. Next set my husband and Ryan will be doing.

Saturday night at the track?

I would like to bring the camper but have to check with DH. Still not clear on what track Ryan wants to go to. Will post as soon as they make a decision.

Anyone else ride track? The more the merrier!! Ryan is an intermediate beginner(but advancing fast) hubby is just testing the waters and I am just plain scared!!! Only ride when on a private track.
