Engine swap questions

I have a 2003 CRF450R connecting rod snapped and put a hole where balancer shaft passes through and a large hole on transmission side. (Beyond repair). I have a line on case halves from a 2005. Will all my components fit in the case and will that case bolt up to my 2003 frame.
