    I also have the e-line skid plate and it is light and tough as nails. Another e-line product is the e-line pipe guard. Looks nice and adds some nice protection. I would think going with on or the other and not mix the protection up. I would go carbon fiber all around for protection, looks and weight.

    I like the idea of the pipe guard.
    I bent my pipe in a wheelie over right after i got my bike.
    Maybe more protection would have prevented the damage.

    I agree with going carbon fiber. I ran one on my Gas Gas pipe and never got a ding ... course it did get tweaked alignment from the brackets bending since the hits had to be absorbed somewhere. Only reason I did not go carbon everywhere on my X was cost, but I am assuming (hoping) Ken will get a lot of this stuff comp'd by the manufacturers for the publicity.

    If you choose to with the eline Carbon, then I suggest you switch to black anodized radiator guards. I have the unibikers and they work and look awesome.
