I don't, but in my peripheral vision, the landscape appears to be going by unusually fast.

Sorry to hear about your fall, Do what Doug told you to do about the breathing,My brother had problems because of this.
My vision thing happens after I stop and and rest.usually when I get up.Went to the Dr. and they could not find a thing wrong.Ended up taking some sea sick meds.and haven't had a problem,Then I read this tread and it has happened twice  I have never been sea sick.
    Hope you feel better,Danny

Thanks brother. I'm deep breathing and making myself cough hourly. What kind of meds are you taking? Just over-the-counter the stuff like Bonine?

Do you know when your staring into space and your vision just becomes locked, well this might be simmilar but it locks without you doing any staring. mabey try shaking your head around abit.
I dont know, just my two cents

    or.

mabey your just not having a fun time riding and it becomes monotonous.

Maybe your tired. Haha I'm only 13 and I get kinda spacey when I get really tired. Try to sleep more, if possible. Even if it isn't a sleep thing, getting some extra rest can't hurt, right?

Boy is this ever the truth. I now ride with the prescription goggle inserts advertised in most of the magazines and they work great. The way I came to it though was a couple of real hard crashes for no reason (as far as I could tell). One was in 6th pinned on a trail in California City I had ridden many, many times ... all of the sudden I wake up with everyone around me looking down. Nasty concussion. A few months later a nasty get-off with little reason that I could see. Decided I better get my vision checked, oredered the inserts and problem solved.

My point being the degradation of my vision was gradual and not so significant to really cause me any issues day to day ... but it sure did off road in 6th
