[2006HondaCRF]

Hey everyone , new to the forum i purchased a 2006 crf 230f last year as my first dirt bike , i was doing the routine maintenance over this winter and decided to take the front wheel off to check my fork seals give them a clean and put it all back together , when i put the front wheel back on i followed a diagram for the spacers to make sure i got them correct and put the brake caliper on tightened the axle down everything seemed good except on the brake side of the axle theres a black plastic cover that is rubbing and bending on my fork and im sure it wasnt like this before .. any thoughts ?
