That is completely up to you to decide. Not people on some site that you have no idea what you may be told is true or not.
They are all good bikes. The older ones are bulletproof once the valve system is redone. That can be done by one of the best here at CRF'sonly.
The newer bikes are just that - newer, meaning less time of usage for the most part. But if you ran across the right older bike that is pristine then it's a strong consideration. Your call.
